Our classroom is a warm and loving place with teachers who work alongside families to encourage growth in our children across many facets: faith in Jesus, social skills, and Kindergarten readiness, with an emphasis on early literacy skills, such as rhyming and beginning sounds. We focus on treating both adults and children with respect and kindness. Children spend their mornings developing through exploration and discovery. We find joy in our stories, crafts, songs, snacks, and celebrating each others’ successes.

Sample Daily Schedule
9 a.m. // Doors Open
The main school doors are open from 9 – 9:10 a.m. Doors to the classroom open at 9. Help your child place their belongings in their cubby, get a hug or high five from the teacher, and head into the classroom. Be sure to check the board in the drop-off area for any announcements about the day.
9 - 9:50 a.m. // Art, Free Play, Job Chart, Attendance
Students get their day started with an art project and some free play. Teachers work with individual students throughout this time. Everyone finds out their job for the day as well help our classroom run smoothly.
9:50 - 10 a.m. // Clean Up
It’s time to transition to a new activity, but first we need to make sure our classroom is neat and tidy. Everyone helps put toys and supplies away.
10 - 10:15 a.m. // Circle Time
We will pray together, say the Pledge of Allegiance, and do our calendar activities. We also work on literacy and math in our circle.
10:15 - 10:30 a.m. // Music, Bible, Chapel
Time to sing some songs and learn about God!
10:30 - 10:55 a.m. // Gym or Outside Time
If the weather is nice, we’ll play outside on our all-natural playground. If not, it’s off to the gym for fun with trikes, balls, running and more.
10:55 a.m. // Bathroom Break
Time to take a bathroom break on our way back to the class. Don’t forget to wash your hands!
11 - 11:15 a.m. // Snack
Each day, one of our students brings a snack to share with the class. What will you bring?
11:15 - 11:30 a.m. // Story and Daily Review
We end with a story and talk about all the fun things we did and learned today. Almost time to head home!
11:30 a.m. // Dismissal
Time to greet our parents with a big hug and head home. Don’t forget to take the materials from your cubby!

Head Teacher, 4-Year-Olds (5 Day)Jaime began working at First Trinity Preschool in 2015 as the head teacher in the 3-day 4-year-old classroom. She is now the Head Teacher for the 5-day 4s class. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Concordia University – Chicago in Elementary Education. She has previously taught in Texas and Ohio and also worked as a service coordinator for children with disabilities. She loves teaching preschoolers! Jaime lives in Tonawanda with her husband Jason and her three young children.

Julianne Kropczynski
Head Teacher, 4-Year-Olds (3 Day)Julianne knew First Trinity Preschool was a special place from the moment her younger two boys started school there in 2014. She soon began working as a substitute teacher as needed and then on a more long-term basis during the 2018-2019 school year. It confirmed to her a calling to be a teacher. Julianne feels incredibly blessed to be an official part of the staff as of 2019 and hopes she can share the light and love of Christ that the school has always shown to her family.
When not teaching, Julianne can be found at the YMCA as a group exercise instructor or trying to keep up with her three crazy boys! Julianne lives in Tonawanda with her husband, Rob, their children and their dog, Maggie.

Assistant Teacher, MWF 4-Year-OldsTracy vegan working as an assistant teacher in 1998 and left to pursue a career as a technology integrator in local schoools. She joyfully returned to First Trinity in 2020 as an assistant teacher in both the 2- and 4-year-old classes. She is currently the assistant teacher in the 3-day 4-year-old class. Tracy had wanted to be a teacher since Kindergarten but it took her a while to get there. Never give up on your dreams! She is an avid Bills fan who also likes reading and nature. She loves Vacation Bible School, First Trinity, Jesus and her family and close friends.
