COVID-19 School Closing Plans for 2021/2022 School Year
If, out of necessity preschool closes, virtual learning will take place using ClassTag. (Teachers use this App. to communicate with parents during in-person learning and will explain ClassTag in more depth at orientation.)
On-line learning will be offered through the end of the month that is initially closed and the through the next month. (ex. If school closes on January 14, we will offer online learning from January 17 – February 28 on regularly scheduled school days.)
During the time of on-line learning ½ tuition will be charged. The other half of the tuition will be reimbursed.
At the end of this virtual time there will be no more teaching until the school reopens again in person.
As has always been our policy, anytime a family wants to pull their child from school, we will reimburse the prorated amount.
If more than ½ of any class opts out of the on-line learning, we reserve the right to cancel that class during the school’s closed period with prorated tuition reimbursement.
Both teachers of threes will share the responsibility of video learning for MWF and TTh 3’s classes. Both teachers of fours will share the responsibility of video learning for MWF and M-F 4’s classes.
If/When school reopens we will resume regular in-house teaching and the same protocol will be in effect if additional shutdowns occur. Tuition will be charged based on a prorated amount.
